ACBC Honey

Our Honey is raw, unfiltered, unheated and dynamite.🧨 All honey is processed by hand, never heated. If overly heated during processing, most of the beneficial health properties of the honey will be broken down. Our hand processing, in small batches, ensures that we are honoring the bees work. Special Note: Do not avoid crystallized honey - search it out. Only raw honey will crystalize. Honey that has been overly heated in the processing stage or honey that has been diluted will not crystalize. Embrace crystalized honey, it is the good stuff. If your honey is crystalized an easy trick to restore it to a liquid form is to place it in the top rack of the dishwasher for a cycle. This will will get it back to a liquid form without the heat destroying it's beneficial traits.
